MUSTANG is among the elite of Amestrian State Alchemists. He specializes in flame alchemy, his studies and practice allowing him pinpoint accuracy whether he transmutes huge flame bombs or thin, delicate strings of fire. He can significantly damage or even kill your character (although the situation would have to warrant it) or burn off their eyebrows. He can and does restrain himself throughout canon, outside of that which threatens his/others' survival while still being an effective "human weapon" by exploding his firebombs above the heads of combatants and blowing out their eardrums.

In short, just let me know what you want.

Mustang is haunted by his participation in the Amestrian Civil War, aka The Ishvalan War of Extermination, during which the military committed genocide against the Ishvalan people in their own country.
